  1. Be Competitive:  In order to be a highly successful sales person, you must be competitive in nature.  As a sales person you must compete for your company to sell your product against its competitors. They must also compete against their colleagues to be the top sales person within the company and set the targets as high as they can achieve.
  2. Be Charismatic: – A charismatic person has the ability to form a sense of connection or understanding between themselves and their prospects. Customers view truly charismatic salespeople as not just sales reps hawking a product or service, but someone who they can have a real meaningful conversation with.
  3. Be Confident: – To go with charismatic behavior, a Sales person must show confidence and actively believe in what they are doing. They shouldn’t be fearful in receiving a negative reply from a customer or risk losing a potential customer. They also shouldn’t be over–confident in selling a product as that might freak out the customer completely.
  4.  Be Communicative In order to be a good sales person, you must naturally be a good and effective communicator. You must be able to express your thoughts, clear and concisely to your customers.  Even if you have a good sales pitch, chances are if you aren’t able to communicate it properly to your customers, you will fail in making a successful deal.
  5. Be a Critical Thinker One of the most important trait a sales person should have is to be a critical thinker. A good sales person should always think outside the box. Every sale that a sales person conduct wouldn’t be the same and hence they should be prepared for anything the customer might ask. A good sales person must be able to adapt to the situation and pitch a deal with the customer, which will benefit both people.

So there is agreement signed before franchise is given to anyone,
according to agreement , anyone who are not active for more than 10 days or not giving relevant cv’s or those franhcisor’s which are not doing work properly then thiers franhcise will be suspended . But still Morpheus wait for around 10 Months when franchise is inactive , afterwards there account is been suspended. By this Morpheus saves many resources, energy , work of client candidates and other franchise .

Morpheus Consulting with almost 13+ years of experience in Recruitment Services had also started its Franchise to grow in every facet of its operations. Morpheus started franchise with certain prerequisite failure of which results in termination or suspension.
Morpheus tries best not to take any such high decisions. And with respect to morpheus human consulting complaints all I can say is I personally have good experience with the Morpheus Team and their support to the franchisees and would also recommend everyone to take Morpheus Franchise.

I had called Morpheus Consulting and they were very professional about recruitment. I find this complaints absolutely baseless. I had received a message from them for a meeting in Hyderabad, after the information they provided me, I had gone through this comments which I feel are clearly done from animosity. I researched more on this, after which I spoke with them on phone. I saw links which show that they have successful franchisee in Mumbai and Delhi. After watching their video testimonials, I came to know that as a Recruitment Franchise we need patient, determination and discipline which some people lack, hence they take a route of complaining. But they don’t see what they lack, I think people should give this a try.

  1. Stay calm. When a customer presents you with a complaint, keep in mind that the issue is not personal; he or she is not attacking you directly but rather the situation at hand. “Winning” the confrontation accomplishes nothing. A person who remains in control of his or her emotions deals from a position of strength. While it is perfectly natural to get defensive when attacked, choose to be the “professional” and keep your cool.
  2. Listen well. Let the irate customer blow off steam. Respond with phrases such as, “Hmm,” “I see,” and “Tell me more.” Do not interrupt. As the customer vents and sees you are not reacting, he or she will begin to calm down. The customer needs to get into a calm frame of mind before he or she can hear your solution—or anything you say, for that matter.
  3. Acknowledge the problem. Let the consumer know you hear what he or she is saying. If you or your company made a mistake, admit it. If you did not make a mistake and it is a misunderstanding, simply explain it to the customer: “I can see how that would be incredibly frustrating for you.” You are not necessarily agreeing with what the customer is saying, but respecting how he or she perceives and feels about the situation. An excellent phrase for opening up this particular conversation would be, “So, if I understand you correctly…” After the customer responds, follow up with, “So, if I understand you correctly, we were to resolve the problem by noon today. I can see how that must be frustrating for you.” Then be quiet. Usually, the customer will respond with “That’s right” or “Exactly.” By repeating to the customer what you think you heard, you lower his or her defenses, and win the right to be heard.
  4. Get the facts. After listening, take the initiative in the conversation. Now that the customer has calmed down and feels you have heard his or her side, begin asking questions. Be careful not to speak scripted replies, but use this as an opportunity to start a genuine conversation, building a trusting relationship with your customer. To help you understand the situation, get as many details as possible.
  5. Offer a solution. This happens only after you have sufficient details. One thing to keep in mind: Know what you can and cannot do within your company’s guidelines. Making a promise you cannot commit to will only set you back. Remember, when offering a solution, be courteous and respectful. Let the customer know you are willing to take ownership of the issue, even if it was out of your control. Take charge of the situation and let the customer know what you are going to do to solve the problem.
